When testing high temperature, the high temperature box door is opened, and the low temperature box door is closed. When testing low temperature, close the high temperature box door and open the low temperature box door; At room temperature, it is easy to pick up and place samples; The product does not move, reducing the impact of product movement on the product. Sensitive electrical signal monitoring lines can be connected; The conversion time is relatively long.

 

Working principle

The three box cold and hot impact test box is equipped with three parts: pre cooling zone, preheating zone, and testing zone. The three zones are independent, and the test products do not need to be moved between the three boxes. When the impact is at room temperature, the ambient temperature is introduced into the test space through a blower to eliminate heat or cooling in the test space. At the same time, the high and low temperature slot air doors are closed; When impacting low temperature, the air doors of the high temperature and normal temperature slots are closed, and the low temperature slot is connected to the test box, instantly introducing the pre stored cooling capacity into the test box; When subjected to high temperatures, the air doors of the low-temperature and room temperature troughs are closed, and the high-temperature troughs are connected to the test chamber, instantly directing the stored heat into the test chamber, thereby achieving the goal of rapid temperature fluctuations.
